Hi everyone, I'm Engin and I play guitar (electric and acoustic). I've been living in Gent for about 2.5 years. I'm originally from Istanbul and back then I had handful of bands both doing cover and own songs. Before I moved to Gent I recorded an album with my band "Arsız" and it's released on most of the digital platforms. The reason I'm writing here is that I'm looking for an opportunity to make music, meet new people and maybe join a band as a guitar player. I also have a bass guitar and I play that too (not as good as I play electric) and I'm open for (amateur) bands who is looking for a bass player too. Or we can make music in a due/trio kind of set-up where I can bring my acoustic into the picture. I can also sing but I've not done that professionally before. I like to listen and play rock,blues,soul,pop,funk,acid jazz to play. My favoriet band is Jamiroquai I would say. Having the roots in east I have the exposure to eastern melodies which I like to blend in to my playing sometimes.
