Hi, I am a 32 year old experienced drummer, recently moved to Brussels and keen to hear from bassists, jazz guitarists, soulful singers, rappers, brass and keys players. I have plenty of gigging experience and have been playing for 17 years.
I'm looking to start a new project initially performing full band covers of 90s hip hop instrumentals (J Dilla, A Tribe Called Quest, Nas, Outkast, MF DOOM etc) for gigging around Brussels, potentially also preparing our own material, incorporating elements of jazz / funk / soul / afrobeat in the vein of artists like Ezra Collective, Sault, Yussef Dayes, Kokoroko etc.
